PAUL'S EPISCOPAL HOME, INC., OWNER; BETH ISRAEL DAY SCHOOL, LESSEE, to maintain the following, currently in violation: (1) a 6'-2" high chain link fence within the front yard and a por. of public ROW where a max. height of 61 is permitted in compliance with design criteria; (2) a max. 8 1-6" high comb, retaining wall and open fence within the street yard where a max. height of 9' is permitted provided horizontal separations are provided and the fence constructed in compliance with design criteria; (3) said 6'-2" high chain link fence located within the corner visibility area where a max. height of 31 is permitted, located on the Northwest corner of Third and Maple Streets, MR-BOOB, Mid-City Communities Planned District.
