JOSEPH KENNEDY (1) to allow 7 linear ft. of 6'-0" high, combination, solid and open fencing within the driveway visibility on the north side of the driveway; and (2) maintenance of a 42'-0" wide driveway within the 25'-0" front yard; located at 6390 Cardeno Drive, Rl-20,000 zone. Conditions. C-20676 3/26/91 NH Between Lots 1 and 2 (Parcel 1, Parcel Map 10128, being a lot line adjustment)- BZA MODIFIES the decision of the ZA and GRANTS the appeal of GERI AND DR. JOSEPH KENNEDY to maintain: (1) approximately 125 1 of maximum 7'-5" high, combination solid/ open fencing within the 25'-0" front yard, (portion of said wall retaining) where a maximum 6 1-0" high fence is permitted provided the bottom 3'-0" is solid and the top portion is a 50% open fence in compliance with design criteria (36' of the fence is within the public right-of-way); (2) approximately 7' of maximum 6'-11" high combination solid/ open fencing within the driveway visibility area, where 3 1-0" is the maximum height permitted; and (3) a 42'-0" wide driveway within the 25'-0" front yard, where 25'-0" is the maximum width permitted, located at 6390 Cardeno Drive, Rl-20,000 zone.
