BZA has DENIED the appeal of ROBERTA ALSTON but modifies the decision of the ZA,to APPROVE a 7'-0" yard for a maximum 16'-0" length of the building and the reamianing length of the building wall to observe 10.'-0" yard adjacent to Pismo Court, with conditions.
