- San Diego Business Tax Certificate
- General Liability Insurance
- Auto Insurance or Waiver
- Worker’s Compensation Insurance or Waiver
- Living Wage Ordinance
- Background Clearance through City of San Diego Livescan
- Valid County Health Permit
- Food Handler’s Certificate
