DSD is currently upgrading the online permitting portal for new building, grading, mapping and right-of-way permits.  All new applications will be accepted here starting Monday, July 19. Thank you for your understanding as we complete this important system upgrade.  All other permit services will be available including applying for all other permit types, resubmitting plan re-checks in the hybrid system, making online payments and scheduling inspections.
