The San Diego Municipal Code link below contains regulations and other information about your zone. The division also contain regulations about many other zones that do not apply to your property. You need to carefully read the division information to see the kinds of uses that your zone designation allows and to look at the development regulations (setbacks, heights, floor area, etc.) These regulations are part of the Municipal Code that is also referred to as the Land Development Code. The Land Development Code is one of the tools used to implement the Progress Guide and General Plan and the community plans, which establish the pattern and intensity of land use throughout the City.
