1968 Fire Prevention Week activities included posing with San Diego Fire Department's Old 165 Hook and Ladder. Pictured are two unidentified men with Fred and Mickie Finn, owners and performers at Mickie Finn's first nightclub. They operated from 1960 to 1974 at 1051 University Avenue in Hillcrest. Fred raced the 1927 Seagraves fire engine at the El Cajon Speedway as a publicity gimmick for the nightclub.
