1973 photo of the historic Jacob Weinberger U.S. Courthouse at F and State Streets. The Courthouse was completed in 1913 and opened in time for the 1915 Panama-California Exposition. In 1988, the Courthouse was renamed in honor of Judge Jacob Weinberger. In 1994, an award-winning restoration project renewed the historic lobby and main courtroom to their original beauty while creating new offices and courtrooms that evoked the elegant style of the 1913 period.
