Mercantile Building at 822 Fifth Avenue. Built 1894, it was an extension to the Ingersoll-Tutton building next door and is nearly identical. It was home of several retail and service-oriented businesses, including A.M. Ingersoll's ice cream and confectioner's store from 1895 to 1906. A restaurant is now on the ground floor.
