Approval of Commission Minutes for the meeting of June 27, 2002.

Non-Agenda Comment.

This portion of the agenda provides an opportunity for members of the public to address the Commission on items of interest within the jurisdiction of the Commission.

Comments are limited to no more than three minutes per speaker. Submit requests to speak to the City Clerk prior to the start of the meeting. Pursuant to the Ralph M. Brown Act, the Commission on any issue brought forth under "Non-Agenda Comment" shall take no discussion or action, other than a referral.

Item 8. Election of Commission Chair and Vice-Chair.

Nomination and election of Ethics Commission Chair and Vice-Chair, pursuant to San Diego Municipal Code section 26.0404(e).
 
Item 9. Ethics Ordinance Revolving Door Ad-Hoc Subcommittee.

Discussion and possible action related to establishing an Ad-Hoc Committee to discuss the proposals for amendments to the revolving door provisions of the Ethics Commission.
 
Item 10. Education, Training, and Awareness Program for individuals falling under the jurisdiction of the City of San Diego Ethics Commission.

Discussion and possible action regarding creation and implementation of Education, Training, and Awareness Program for individuals falling under the jurisdiction of the City of San Diego Ethics Commission.

 
Item 11. Ad-Hoc Operating Policy Committee the jurisdiction of the City of San Diego Ethics Commission.

Discussion and possible action regarding the development of Operating Policies for the Ethics Commission.
