The SDPD Blue Arrow Program shines a light on the path to becoming a San Diego Police Officer. San Diego Police Officers are held to a higher standard of living whether they are on or off-duty.

The Blue Arrow Program provides mentorship to assist individuals in meeting that higher standard in preparation ofbecomingpolice officers themselves.

Participants attend a monthly seminar to learn abouttopics such as employment history, driving history, life experiences and criminal history, among other topics that often can pose hurdles for applicants during the hiring process.
