Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation is partnering with San Ysidro Health to offer Mobile Health Services to children and families in Southeastern San Diego.

These services will be available every second Thursday of the month at the Jacobs Center, starting with one this Thursday, June 12, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 2:50 PM. The center is easily accessible via the Euclid Transit Station, which is adjacent to Market Creek Plaza and serviced by the San Diego Trolley's Orange Line.
