Balboa Park Pow Wow

Since 1995, the annual Fiesta de Los Penasquitos street fair has become the annual community highlight event in Rancho Penasquitos, attracting visitors from all over San Diego and beyond.The Fiesta opens at 12 PM to 5 PM on the corner of Paseo Montalban and Black Mountain Rd, CA 92129. There is something for everyone, featuring up to 150 booths, two food courts, food trucks, and carnival rides.
Two entertainment stages of live music and performances, dance numbers, and demos, and more. The Town Council hosts an Awards Ceremony honoring our local Volunteers of the Year and Business of the Year, presented by our local dignitaries.
Admission is free and the event is open to the public. Carnival ride tickets can be purchased at the rides.
