53rd San Diego Crew Classic

The San Diego Crew Classic is the premiere spring rowing regatta, now in its 53rd year. It is highly regarded among rowers spanning generations.
But the SDCC is more than just an event for rowing. San Diego is famous for its multi-faceted and multi-cultural experiences, events, and destinations. The Crew Classic is not only an athletic event with competitors at the peak of physical fitness, but a social gathering for enthusiasts to enjoy great local food, a beer garden with San Diegos famous local craft breweries, and shopping all while soaking in Mission Bay, just a mile from the beach.

Little Italy Mercato (Saturday)

East Village Opening Weekend Block Party

Taking place on J Street from 6th to 10th Avenues in front of Petco Park, this event brings all that there is in East Village to the Block Party including local small businesses, live music and entertainment, tasty bites, local retail vendors, photo opportunities, a variety of fun family-friendly activities, and of course a celebration of East Villages very own San Diego Padres.

All ages are welcome to this free festivity, making it the ideal way to celebrate both the community and our beloved team. Pacific Beach Tennis Club - January - June 2026 Racquet Sports Mixers, Exhibitions, and Socials

Pacific Beach Tennis Club's members are extremely important to us, and we strive to help our members create wonderful relationships, memories, to relax, and to just have fun through tennis.

In that pursuit Pacific Beach Tennis Club offers numerous adult racquet sport events throughout the year that offer opportunities to play, compete, meet, greet, trade conversation, eat and drink. This includes tournaments, leagues, exhibitions, parties, promotions, and celebrations all of which help to create a sense of community with strong and long lasting friendships.

Regardless of ones tennis or pickleball level or ability, members are always welcome to participate in our sports and social events. Some fun social events coming up include:

Fiesta Island Time Trials

Fiesta Island Time Trials is San Diego's original time trial series since 1968, sponsored by San Diego Bicycle Club. Time trials are known as the race of truth, it is the cyclist against the clock. Athletes select category and distance, 3 laps (20km) or 6 laps (40km) around Fiesta Island, juniors will ride one or two laps. Single riders, tandems, and teams all compete for top honors and island records or come out and test their fitness. An awards ceremony will be held after the last athlete finishes. Top six finishers in each category will be eligible to earn points towards series competition. Awards will be given to series winners at the last race of the series.
