Do you need to use the Office Jeremy Henwood Memorial Park for your event as well?

If yes, you will also need to coordinate with the City Heights Park & Recreation Department. We will give you the most up-to-date contact information in our response to your request.

Please complete this application and send a signed copy to us at CTAnnex@sandiego.gov. Someone from our team will reach out to you with next steps.

If you are interested in providing a free program for the community, please answer the following questions to help us create a custom agreement to allow you to use the space.
