Golf Course Manager

The Golf Course Manager oversees the operation and maintenance of a municipal golf course, including setting operational standards, initiating facility improvements, and analyzing performance to optimize revenue. Responsibilities also include supervising staff, managing tournaments, preparing budgets, and handling public complaints. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Turf Management, Golf Management, Business, or a related field, and two years of experience supervising all phases of golf course operations and maintenance. A valid California Class C Driver License is required.
