What's Coming

From November 18th until March 17th, Open play on Tuesdays and Wednesdays will be postponed. In addition, from January 3rd until March 14th, Open play on Saturdays will be postponed. Please refer to the open play schedule for upcoming events.

History of the Center

Black Mountain Multipurpose Center is one of several "joint use" facilities in the city of San Diego. This multipurpose center is shared with Black Mountain Middle School.

Directions and Bus Route

From Interstate 15 north, take the Ted Williams Parkway/Freeway exit and continue on state Route 56 west (Ted Williams). Exit at Black Mountain Road. Turn right and proceed to Oviedo Street, then turn right. Look for gym on the right (at Black Mountain Middle School) past Sunset Hills Elementary School.

From Interstate 15 south, take the Ted Williams Parkway/Freeway exit. Turn left at the stop light and proceed on to state Route 56 west (Ted Williams). Exit at Black Mountain Road. Turn right and proceed to Oviedo Street, then turn right. Look for gym on the right (at Black Mountain Middle School) past Sunset Hills Elementary School.

The center is accessible by bus via SDMTS Route 844.
