Day Camp

Come join us during Thanksgiving Break for Mountain View Community Center’s Day camp! From 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday No Class on Thursday due to Thanksgiving Holiday there will be a day full of adventures, crafts, class bonding with special enhancements throughout the week to keep the kids busy!!

Come join us for arts and crafts here at Mountain View Community Center. We will be having different take home projects for the kids to enjoy and have memorabilia to hang up at their house.

Weight Training Gym

Come join us for a workout at our Weight Room that we have in our Center. Room is open everyday and corresponds with Building Hours.

Mountain View Community Center Events 

Mountain View Community Center ‘Jack-O-Lantern Jamboree’

Come Join us for a morning full of fun. We will be having our Annual Halloween event on October 25th, 2025 from 10:30am until 1:00pm. There will be arts and crafts for the kids along with much more activities to create a day full of memories!!

History of the Center

Mountain View was dedicated in 1914, making it one of the first parks dedicated in San Diego. People still talk about the great car shows that took place in the park in the 1960s.

Map this location

From Interstate 805, take the Imperial Avenue exit and travel west. Turn left onto 40th Street, then left onto T Street. The facility is at South Boundary Street.

The center is accessible by bus via SDMTS Routes 3, 4, 11 and 955.
