Thank you to everyone who has shown interest in the Home Electrification Affordability Rebates and Technical Assistance (HEART) program. We appreciate the overwhelming response and engagement from residents who took advantage of this opportunity to make sustainable choices.

Program Status

As of October 7, 2025, we have reached full capacity, and the program is no longer accepting new applications. Applications already received by October 7, 2025 will continue to be considered for the HEART program.

Additional Resources

Although the HEART rebate program is no longer accepting new applications, there are other resources available for residents looking to participate in similar programs:

    • Covers: Heating and cooling system repairs, weatherization, utility assistance

While your household may have been eligible for the HEART program, please note that each program listed above has different qualification requirements. Therefore, it is recommended that you determine your eligibility for these programs by checking the criteria and guidelines for each individual program.
