CONNECT with the CityEnvironmental Justice Incompatible Uses Study

This study will evaluate the environmental and economic effects of potential requirements to discontinue previously-conforming incompatible uses that operate on residentially-zoned properties in Environmental Justice Communities within specified distances of various sensitive receptors, such as homes, schools and hospitals.

Identifies opportunities to provide incentives for new home development where previously-conforming incompatible uses may otherwise continue to persist.
Protect & Enrich Every Neighborhood
Provides options to allow for the discontinuation of incompatible land uses that can adversely affect the quality of life for people that live in Environmental Justice Communities.
