The City of San Diego has designated parking lots for people living out of their vehicles to safely stay overnight with services to navigate them toward permanent housing.
The program is operated by Jewish Family Service of San Diego (JFS).

Domestic pets or service animals
Children (must be in their vehicles by 9 p.m.)

Violent behavior
Wandering or loitering outside the designated lot
Visitors who are not enrolled in the program
