Directions and Bus Route
From CA-54 East take exit 4 for Woodman St. Turn right on Alta View Dr., then left on Tooma St. Enter the park on the left.
From CA-54 West take exit 5 for Briarwood Rd. Then turn left on Briarwood Rd. Turn left on Goode St. then left onto Tooma St. Enter the park on the right.
The recreation center is accessible by bus via SDMTS route 961.

Paradise Hills/Penn Community Recreation Group
Paradise Hills/Penn Community Recreation Group is looking for new members. Membership is free and open to the public. The Community Recreation Group serves as an advisory group to the City of San Diego Parks and Recreation Department and facilities include Paradise Hills Recreation Center, Penn Athletic Field, Bay Terraces Community and Senior Center, Bay Terraces Community Park and Zamorano Elementary Joint Use Field. Meetings are held at 6:00 PM on the first Thursday of each month.
