Extended Care: 7:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Day camp is a week program that offers a well-supervised and organized camp experience for our youth. Daily activities at the camp include arts and crafts, outdoor activities, fun and games. A variety of fun educational components will be incorporated to promote unity, team work, safety and environment awareness.

History of the Center
Land for the Encanto Recreation Center was acquired by the City in 1940 and the facility was built in 1964. The senior center was added in 1966 and the fields were completed in 1986.
Directions and Bus Route
From Interstate 805, go to Imperial Avenue and travel east to 65th Street. Turn left on 65th Street and proceed up the hill. The center is on the right.
The center is accessible by bus via SDMTS Routes 916/917 and also the San Diego Trolley's Orange Line.
