Group Presentation Sign-up Form for Discussion Items

If you would like to sign up and submit materials to be shown as part of a group presentation, please do so by submitting complete information by 5 p.m. the day prior to the Planning Commission Meeting you wish to present at.

Time given to Group presentations will be a maximum of three minutes, but could be limited to one minute (at the discretion of the Chairperson), per participant listed as a member of the group with a maximum time of fifteen(15) minutes

Please note at the time the agenda item for which the group desires to present is introduced by the Chairperson all members of the presenting group must be called into or logged into the meeting via the name and/or number listed in the form below.

Items marked with a red asterisk (*) are requested to maintain public records of the comments received. The Information provided would allow us to contact you if needed.
