The Equitable and Balanced City: Action Plan to Affirmatively Further Fair Housing
Projected Completion: 2027
Develops an action plan to overcome historic patterns of segregation and expand housing opportunities. The plan will identify strategies and approaches to equitably increase housing supply and safe transportation to public spaces, high-performing schools, and high-paying jobs with a focus on the identification and distribution of resources in a way that encourages homes for people of all incomes.

Create Homes for All of Us
Identifies strategies, policies, and actions to equitably distribute market-rate and affordable homes and infrastructure investments across the City.
Protect & Enrich Every Neighborhood
Develops a comprehensive set of actions that enable connections to resources within each neighborhood and where needed, identifies opportunities to invest in neighborhoods with insufficient public amenities.
Advance Mobility & Infrastructure
Develops actions to understand needs and maximize funding available to improve connections to affordable homes, high-performing schools and high-paying employment opportunities across the City.
Foster Regional Prosperity
Equitably distribute housing and infrastructure resources across populations and neighborhoods to ensure growth and enhancement in all neighborhoods.
