Clairemont Pool Renovations
Clairemont Pool is expected to reopen in Spring 2027.
This project has taken longer than originally planned. We know the Clairemont community has been waiting, and we appreciate your patience.
Here's where things stand:
After delays in the procurement process, which are now resolved, the remaining construction work will resume with the installation of permanent fence panels, followed by final pool plaster. The fence and plaster must be completed in sequence. During the plaster work, we will install the new pump and filtration system.
When completed, Clairemont Pool will have a larger pool deck for an improved spectator area, a more modern, reliable heating and filtration system, and fewer unexpected closures due to aging equipment.
The Spring 2027 target could shift depending on construction schedules, equipment delivery, and final inspections. We'll update this page as work moves forward. Our team will also attend regularly scheduled neighborhood meetings to provide in-person updates.
