Youth Fine Forgiveness Program

Welcome to Fresh Start, San Diego Public Library’s one-time fine forgiveness program for youth library cardholders!

Thanks to the generous support from the Library Foundation SD, library users with fines on their juvenile accounts have the opportunity for a one-time fine forgiveness on their library card to regain their borrowing privileges.

If you have fines on a SDPL juvenile library account and would like to request a one-time waiver, please fill out the form below.
