Employee Benefits Specialists II plan, develop, and administer City benefits plans, analyze coverage and cost effectiveness, and liaise with benefit providers and City management. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and two years of professional experience in employee benefit plan administration, including research, problem resolution, and coordination with Trustee Boards or Committees.
