Under general supervision, a Power Plant Operator operates, monitors, maintains, and repairs electrical and mechanical power plant machinery, including engines, generators, and auxiliary equipment. Minimum qualifications include three years of full-time journey-level experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining large engines, high voltage electrical systems, or steam/hot water boilers.
