Safety Representative II
The Safety Representative II performs varied and complex safety inspection, investigation, and educational work at the journey-level. Responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, analyzing accident reports to detect trends, developing safety training materials, conducting training sessions, and advising on safety matters and compliance with state regulations. Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field, one year of professional-level experience in occupational safety and health work, and a valid California Class C Driver’s License.
