Funding for Cultural Affairs
Application Guide:
Organizational Growth & Sustainability
This pathway is designed for organizations with established core operations that are focused on sustaining their work, strengthening organizational health, adapting to change, and planning responsibly for continued development.
Growth does not always mean getting bigger. It may mean becoming more stable, paying people more fairly, doing fewer things better, strengthening systems, deepening relationships, or making difficult choices about what no longer serves the organization.
