The San Diego Police Department in conjunction with the Office of the City Attorney is requesting City Council's consideration of a Proposed Ordinance Prohibiting the Manufacture, Sale, Distribution, and Possession of Federal Schedule I Drugs, Novel Synthetic Drugs and Novel Psychoactive Drugs by Amending San Diego Municipal Code Chapter 5, Article 2 to include Division 33, on May 23, 2016 at 2:00 p. m. in the 12th floor City Council Chambers.  The City Administration Building is located at 202 C Street, San Diego, CA 92101.
