Scope of Work 

North Central Square Park is envisioned as an approximately 24,000 square-foot highly active urban park with family-focused play and recreation equipment and other active park amenities. This project will include a diverse range of public outreach opportunities, including workshops, presentations, listening sessions and a public survey to gather public input on the park features.

• Outreach and engagement completion: August 2025
• Anticipated general development plan completion: Fall 2025
• Anticipated start of construction: Winter 2026
• Anticipated construction completion: Spring 2027
