  • This permit is required for planting a new tree, pruning, or maintaining an existing tree located in the City's right of way. 
  • Removal or replacement of existing trees in the City's right of way must be requested through the Get It Done app.

Fees

Street Tree Permits are “No-Fee” permits and do not require payment of any fees.  

Inspections

All permits are subject to City inspections.

Step 2

Read the PDF icon requirements for PDF file uploads.

Not following the PDF requirements will delay project review and approval.

Step 3

Obtain or complete the following documents:

  1. A site construction plan must be submitted at the time of application, including: 

    1. A plot plan showing the location of the new trees in relation to the property lines.
    2. Spacing from existing street trees.
    3. Sidewalks, curbs, driveways and parkways widths.
    4.  Any underground and overhead utility lines and boxes.
  2. As applicable, photos of the site.
