Business Support 

We support and offer resources to businesses that want to start, maintain or expand their operations in the City of San Diego. Services include:

• Permitting support for new tenant improvements and new construction projects
• Incentive and loan programs/grants for businesses that are expanding their operations or making physical improvements to their site
• Reimbursement of sales/use tax for construction materials and machinery/equipment purchased 
• Technical assistance and workforce development provided by partnering local and regional organizations
• Information on incentives and services offered by the State of California
