This is an opportunity for local jurisdictions and community-based organizations to collaborate on outreach plans to ensure a complete count of the San Diego region in the 2020 Census.

Census Implementation plans will provide a clear roadmap for how outreach will be conducted to California's hard-to-count (HTC) populations. The plans are due in fall 2019 and will serve as a tool to monitor progress and coordinate efforts.

• A morning session will bring together regional contractors and community leaders to collaborate on reaching HTC populations to achieve a complete count
