Every March for the last 18, a community of like-minded funky spirits gravitate from the farthest reaches of the funkosphere. They gather together dripping in discomen in mustaches, babes in bellbottoms, boas, platforms and polyesterto pay homage to that beautiful bygone era when funk reigned supreme. Together they boogie down in front of 4 stages and 18 world-class acts, serenaded by superstar stewards of live funk and spinning disco, names like Franc Moody, Breakbot, Lee Fields and Tuxedolegends. Its Studio 54 in the sand, baby, an opportunity to be yo bad self and fly your inner funk flag sky-high. Theres even a disco roller rink thats free for all comers.
