Location: The Navy SEAL Museum is located inside America Plaza. This event will take place outside on Kettner Blvd. and inside the museum. The outside portion will be used for the ceremonial ribbon cutting, media interviews and Navy SEAL displays including vehicles or boats on a trailer.
