NEOWW is a time to recognize and appreciate the impact that older workers have had on the workforce and their communities nationwide and here in San Diego. Embracing these contributions will lead to a more resilient, dynamic, and inclusive workforce for all.

In observance of Older Worker Week, which is celebrated the last full week of September each year, you are invited to participate in a special event. Your participation and input on your vision for older workers in the year ahead would be most appreciated.
