Mid-City CANs Snowy Wonderland Family Event on Sunday, December 15th will feature over 25 Tons of Snow! Mid-City Community Advocacy Network (CAN), a non-profit organization based in City Heights, is excited to host Snowy Wonderland on Sunday, December 15th from noon to 4 pm at the Sherman Heights Community Center! This free family holiday event will feature over 25 tons of real snow for children and families to enjoy. There will also be arts and crafts activities, ornament and Christmas card making, face painting, a delicious hot chocolate bar, giveaways, food trucks, and more. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet community organizations at the event!
