The Environmental Services Department (ESD) is pleased to partner with the San Diego Public Library for the Trash Truck Storytime Program. This in-person event at the Ocean Beach Library (4801 Santa Monica Ave, San Diego, CA 92107) allows families to enjoy a storytime provided by the library, see a trash truck demonstration, meet a Collections Sanitation Driver and have a photo op in the truck. An ESD representative will be on site with educational materials and to answer questions about recycling, organic waste recycling and trash.
