Only use this form to request a project number to electronically upload submittals or changes (Hybrid Processing) for the following project types:

  1. Building Permit Construction Changes to approved projects with a PTS-XXXXXX number.
  2. Engineering (Grading, Right-of-Way or Public Improvement) Construction Changes to approved projects with a PTS-XXXXXX number.
  3. Deferred As-Graded Geotechnical Report submittals for engineering projects that were originally approved as non-digital projects.
  4. Fire Construction Changes to approved projects with a PTS-XXXXXX number.

Express Processing Requested for an Additional Charge
Express services are not available for all project types and is based upon staff availability. If your project qualifies for express processing, additional fees will be charged. See Information Bulletin 501 and Information Bulletin 502 for additional information and fees for express processing.
