This effort will study and assess the viability of more opportunities for homes on City property, along with addressing impacts to City operations. Through the process, City property located within regionally defined smart growth areas and most suitable for middle-income home development will be identified. The study will also evaluate revenue generation opportunities from infill development to help support the conversion of the City’s fleet to electric vehicles.
