Official Zoning Map Divisions: Industrial Base Zones
San Diego Municipal Code, Chapter 13, Article 01, Division 06 contains regulations and other information about industrial base zones. It also contains regulations about many other zones that may not apply to your property. Carefully read it to see the kinds of uses that your zone designation allows and to look at the applicable development regulations, such as setbacks, heights and the floor area.
These regulations are part of the Municipal Code that is also referred to as the Land Development Code. The Land Development Code is one of the tools used to implement the Progress Guide, General Plan and community plans, which establish the pattern and intensity of land use throughout the City.
