Adopted Land Development Code Updates

The Housing Policy Team regularly processes updates to ensure that the municipal code complies with State law and is responsive to the City's changing land use needs.

The 2022 Code Update was adopted on March 7, 2023.

12th Update, Phase 3 (2020)

This update amends the Cannabis Outlet and Cannabis Production Facilities related to 1) measurement from a residential zone; and 2) the expiring of Medical Marijuana Consuler Cooperatives, Cannabis Outlet and Cannabis Production Facilities. This ordinance was approved on July 30, 2020. NOTE: These regulations are only effective in areas outside of the Coastal Zone. O-21221
