On July 29, 2025, during its 2 p.m. session, the San Diego City Council will consider approval to enter into a Ground Lease Disposition Agreement with 101 Ash Venture, LP, a California Limited Partnership to redevelop the City-owned 101 Ash St. property into a mixed-use project, including 247 units of income-restricted affordable housing.
