107 Ash (Formerly 101 Ash) - Affordable Housing
On Sept. 15, 2026, during its 2 p.m. session, the San Diego City Council will consider a proposed First Amendment to the Ground Lease Disposition Agreement with 101 Ash Venture LP, a California Limited Partnership, for the long-term lease and redevelopment of the City-owned property located at 107 Ash Street (formerly 101 Ash Street) into a mixed-use project, including 249 units of income-restricted affordable housing.
