Location: We are writing to respectfully request the temporary closure of Grand Ave on Saturday, June 28th from 7am to 11:55pm (time frame includes load-in & load-out times) to accommodate our upcoming special event.

This gathering is expected to bring together members of the community in a safe, organized, and positive environment.

The street closure is essential to ensure the safety of all attendees, allow for proper event setup, and maintain smooth event operations. We are committed to working closely with the city to meet all necessary requirements, including traffic control, emergency access, and proper notifications to affected residents and businesses.

The listed location near/around the lifeguard base is desired. If there is another street nearby that is central and closable we are open to consideration.
