2024 University Community Plan Update
On July 30, 2024, the San Diego City Council adopted the University Community Plan Update. Please visit the University Community Plan Update webpage to find further information view meeting agendas, background information, and technical documents. Please note that the adopted plan is not in effect within the Coastal Zone until the plan is certified by the California Coastal Commission.
1987 University Community Plan Amendment
The City Council adopted an amendment to the University Community Plan on Dec. 5, 2016. The amendment removed the Genesee Avenue Widening and Regents Road Bridge projects from the plan.
