Letter of Agency (Trespass Arrest Authorization)
Filing of a Letter of Agency with the San Diego Police Department is required for identified abandoned properties, as specified in SDMC Section 54.0306. The responsible party must file the completed Letter of Agency as instructed. A Letter of Agency allows the San Diego Police Department to enforce against anyone found on a property without the owner's consent or without lawful purpose. This form is maintained by the San Diego Police Department.
