Senior IT Performance Auditor

Tamer Saad Joined the Office of City Auditor in 2022.  He previously worked for Shell Energy, an International Fortune 20 company, as a Governance, Risk and Assurance lead, Project Manager and Finance Manager. Tamer led SOx testing, IT audits and project management / process improvement projects in the energy sector and the utility deregulated markets.

Tamer has Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Project Manager Professional (PMP). Tamer is also Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
